Apostle Samuel Raboteng

Born in a humble family in Afrikaskop farm near QwaQwa, Apostle Samuel Raboteng is the 3rd son of Mr. Ezekiel and Mrs. Masetjhaba Jermina Raboteng. He is married to a wonderful wife and mother, Portia Raboteng and their family is blessed with three sons and a daughter.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Computer Science at the University of the Free State.

He accepted Jesus Christ at a tender age of 8 years and started preaching the Gospel in Sunday school at MECSA (Mahon Evangelical Church of Southern Africa). By that time, he had begun seeing signs of God’s calling under the leadership ofboth late Rev. M. J. Mokoena and Rev. Mapaka Tshabalala.

“I used to call this young man an Evangelist during his young age looking at the way he loved the Lord and preached the Gospel” Rev. Mapaka Tshabalala said referring to Apostle Samuel Raboteng. In response, Prophet Raboteng said “My mother used to tell me that when I was very young, I used to imitate all pastors in church when I arrive at home after Sunday services or conferences. By then I was not aware of this calling of God in my life.”

He felt the function of God’s anointing upon his life during his teenage years after fasting for 21 days in a closet, where he saw the manifestation of God’s Glory in one of the nights. He said, “It was like a dream but I was not asleep, I saw myself taken by a man with a white robe and shinning face. I couldn’t look at his face. And I saw myself sleeping and seeing this glorious presence of God covering my bed that time and the man next to me said: this is the kind anointing that will be upon you.”

He served in MECSA as a National Youth Leader (Chairperson) until his elders released him to start his evangelistic campaign under the umbrella ministry of God is still Alive Ministries and God of Demonstration Network (G.O.D Network). He preaches the uncompromising Gospel of Jesus Christ for salvation of souls through demonstrations of the spirit of power.

God has given him multi gifts to impact the lives of people in order to reach many souls in Christ Jesus. In conclusion, Prophet Raboteng thanks God for opening his spiritual eyes to see great men especially Prophet TB Joshua from Synagogue Church of All Nations and his brother in Christ Apostle L.D Poonyane from Roadmap Ministries who inspired and imparted him with the gifts of grace to assist him to where he is today. He is passionate to see revival happening and Glory manifesting just like Habakkuk 3:1-2 says: in the middle of the years, revive your work. He is inspired by all men and women who made an impact in the past and present and prove that the book of Acts and Matthew 10:7-8 is not a mere history but a standard of what the church is supposed to be today.
